Mr. Porreca represented a client in Hillside Municipal court. The defendant was charged with Reckless Driving, under NJSA 39:4-96(5 points); Careless Driving, under NJSA 39:4-97(2 points); Failure to Maintain Lane, under NJSA 39:4-88 (b)(2 points); Failure to Signal, under NJSA 39:4-126(b)(2 points); and Improper Right Turn, under NJSA 39:4-123(a)(2 points).

After negotiating with the prosecutor, Mr. Porreca was able to secure a plea wherein the client would only plead guilty to the 2 point Careless Driving and all other summonses were dismissed.
