Mr. Porreca represented a man in Passaic City Municipal Court on charges of Domestic Violence Simple Assault under N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1(a). As this client had serious immigration issues, it was essential that these charges be dismissed. Upon appearing in court and meeting with the prosecutor, Mr. Porreca raised several legal issues and was able to have these charges dismissed.
