Violation of Parole Case

Mr. Porreca represented a man charged with a Violation of Parole. This client was charged with several violations, including multiple instances of failing to report; staying overnight at unapproved locations and having contact with minors. We requested a hearing in front of the Parole Board and these violations were dismissed. The client was placed on an ankle monitor for 90 days instead of being sent back to prison.
